Trailer loaded with palletized electrical bus plugs and bus duct sections purchased from a plant teardown

A recent busway purchase loaded for freight — teardown, rigging, and trucking all at our cost.

Do I need to test the equipment before selling it?

No. Zero testing is ever required. We buy based on photos of the equipment and its nameplates — no megger reports, no third-party inspections, no certifications. Our offers already account for as-is, untested condition.

When do I get paid?

Upfront, before the equipment moves. Once you accept our offer, we send payment in full by wire transfer or certified funds, and only then do our crews schedule the pickup. We never buy on consignment or net terms.

Who pays for the teardown, rigging, and freight?

We do — 100%. If the busway is still hanging, our crews handle the teardown, dismantling, palletizing, and trucking in all 50 states, and every cost of removal and transport is on us. The offer you accept is the amount you receive.

What equipment do you buy?

Fusible and circuit breaker bus plugs, plug-in and feeder bus duct, tap boxes, elbows, and busway fittings from every manufacturer — Square D I-Line, GE Spectra and Armor-Clad, Bulldog, Westinghouse, Cutler-Hammer, Siemens, ITE, Frank Adam, Starline, and more. We also buy the panelboards, transformers, disconnects, and distribution gear that come out of the same projects. If it is part of a busway system, send photos.

Do you buy old or obsolete bus plugs?

Absolutely — obsolete busway is often the most valuable. Plants still running Bulldog Vacu-Break, Frank Adam, ITE, or Westinghouse busway have no factory source for plugs, which makes used units and parts donors highly sought after.

Do you buy busway that is still installed and energized?

Yes. Much of what we buy is energized right up to the demo or reconfiguration date. Send photos of what you can safely access, and we will coordinate the teardown timing with your electrician or demo contractor — with the dismantling work at our cost.

How do I get an offer?

Text photos to 954-740-1983 or email them to electricalequipmentbuyers@gmail.com. Include overall shots and nameplate close-ups, plus the equipment's location. We respond with a firm offer, typically the same business day.

Is there any minimum quantity?

No minimum. We buy single bus plugs and complete plant busway systems alike. Larger lots command better logistics economics, but no deal is too small to price.

What areas do you cover?

All 50 states — over 7,500 cities. Our teardown and freight network operates nationwide, and remote locations are never a problem.

How fast can you remove equipment?

Typically within days of an accepted offer, and faster when a demolition deadline demands it. Tell us your timeline and we schedule around it.

Do you charge any fees or commissions?

None. We are direct buyers, not brokers. The offer you accept is exactly what lands in your account — no deductions, no surprises.

What photos do you need?

Overall shots of the bus plugs or busway run, plus close-ups of every nameplate you can safely reach. Nameplates carry the manufacturer, series, catalog number, and amperage data that drive our pricing.
